Unisoul Records GmbH is an urban indie European record label based in Germany distributed by Neo/ SonyBMG with divisions in NYC /California USA, Africa and Asia to give talented Artists and music producers a platform to release music all over the World.

Unisoul Records GmbH´s key subsidiary ´´Unisoul Entertainment GmbH & Co.KG manages Giant Urban music Producers World-wide, owns production teams and recording Studios.

Unisoul Records GmbH was founded in the early 2000 as a small urban label with headquarters in Germany and NYC -USA. Founders Mr. Solomon, a successful music producer/Manager/Songwriter, and Mr. Martin Coban –successful business man, were assisted in their venture by Multi -Millionaire -industrial trading group, who provided financial assistance, and Neo-Sonybmg initial distributor. In return, Neo-Sonybmg Germany was given a 28% royalty share for his activities. The modest enterprise quickly grew in Prominence and everything became a history.

It all started in the middle nineties, when Mr. Solomon became the creative manager (A&r) of Defjam Records /Universal. At that time  real Urban music was gaining acknowledgement  in Germany and Mr. Solomon was responsible for the hit success of Artists like. .LL COOL J, DMX, SNOOP DOGG, P.DIDDY & BAD BOY RECORDS ARTISTS, CHRIISTINA MILIAN, MASTER P., MARY J.BLIGE, KC&JO JO etc in Germany and getting involved in the sales of over 7 Million Records as (A&R, Music manager, label director, Songwriter ,producer and executive producer):

Mr. Coban; one of the founders and successful business man of Multi-Millionaire Bec Product management Group MbH; joined Unisoul as one of the share holders and co-pilots the business plane. Due to his huge successes in business administration, managing director and financing in the last 14 years, it was no doubt when he became of Unisoul´s share holders after showing his big interest in music industry.
